Souls of Samhain 2025

A spectacular four day festival Where Halloween Comes Alive! Souls of Samhain celebrates Ireland as the birthplace of Halloween with an authentic, immersive and otherworldly festival. Vibrant, fun and contemporary in feel but strongly rooted in tradition, our event will Comprise Music, Comedy, Myth, Food, Folklore, Fire, Feasting And Merriment, Traditional Ceremonies, Processions, Harvest Market, Circus, Tours, Talks, Workshops, Games and offerings.

Within this ancient landscape, the festival reignites the spirit of Samhain (Halloween) across two key sites including the heritage town of Trim, and rural Athboy, where Ireland’s ancestors-initiated Samhain more than 2,000 years ago.

The festival runs from Thursday 30th October to Sunday 2nd November 2025.
